Our menu presents an ocean of tuna temptations from pure and simple Tuna Sashimi and tantalizing Tuna Tataki and Spicy Tuna Furikake and our award winning Genji Tuna Crunch Maki. We offer seared and barbecued tuna on our Nigiri and Robata menus, but should you fancy something special, our chefs await your request.
We put provenance first and are fiercely proud of our local, coastal UK fish as standard on our menu, such as Handline Caught Mackerel, Diver Scallops and Cornish Crab. We also make way for seasonal specialties like Hasting Herring, West Coast Hake, Blue Rope Mussels, Lemon Sole, cuttlefish, Langoustines and many more.
